Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with what you pay for. This page describes how refunds work for the paid products and subscriptions operated by AURACO PTY LTD (trading as CTRLSZE), ABN 36 695 730 404.
Subscriptions to our publication
If you subscribe to a paid tier on ctrlsze.studio and you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase or any renewal. Email hello@ctrlsze.studio from the email address on the subscription. We will confirm and process the refund within five business days.
After fourteen days, refunds are at our discretion but we generally accommodate reasonable requests — particularly if you've barely used the subscription or are facing financial hardship. Just ask.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewal; the current billing period continues until its scheduled end. If you would prefer to pause rather than cancel, that option is also available from your account settings.
HIBUD and other apps
Apps distributed via the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund process. To request a refund for an in-app purchase or subscription, use Apple's "Report a Problem" flow at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are happy to advocate on your behalf if you have a legitimate complaint that Apple is not addressing — contact us.
Sponsorships and consulting work
Refunds for sponsorship campaigns or consulting work are governed by the specific contract or statement of work signed for that engagement. If no contract specifies otherwise, our default position is that completed work is non-refundable, but we will negotiate in good faith if a project did not deliver against agreed objectives.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe a service or product we provided was not fit for purpose, was not as described, or otherwise breached a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of anything stated here.
